At your first appointment with us, we will tell you all about Kohrs Cash; the rules, the Tokens and the rewards! After describing the program to you, you will sign a form stating that you understand the rules and how the program works, and that you want to start earning Kohrs Cash.
It all starts with good oral hygiene. You must take good care of your teeth in order to participate in the Kohrs Cash Program. You can earn Kohrs Cash at every office visit, except for emergency and retainer appointments.
If you are in braces, you can earn up to 4 Kohrs Cash Tokens per visit for the following:
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for having clean teeth and healthy gums
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for arriving on time to your appointment
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for having no loose or broken brackets or appliances and wearing your rubber bands or headgear as instructed
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for confirming your appointment by email
If you are a Brace Race member, you can earn Kohrs Cash at each visit for the following:
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for having clean teeth and healthy gums
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for arriving on time to your appointment
- 1 Kohrs Cash Token for confirming your appointment by email
- 10 Kohrs Cash Tokens for getting your braces on
You can also earn EXTRA KOHRS CASH TOKENS (but you must have at least 3 good hygiene checks in a row to receive any of the following):
- Community service assignment (must bring in your completion certificate)
- Extracurricular activity or sporting award (must bring in your certificate of completion, prize, trophy or ribbon)
- Good report cards (must bring in your report card dated within the last 6 weeks with a limit of 3 report cards per year)
- Signed Certificate of Good Hygiene from your dentist’s or dental hygienist’s office at your regular dental cleaning. Click here to download a Certificate of Good Hygiene to bring to your next dental cleaning.
We also have online contests and other opportunities to earn MORE Kohrs Cash all year long! Kohrs Cash may be cashed in at any time. Prizes range from stickers and sidewalk chalk to gift cards and iPods, even a Wii! Click here to view the current prizes available.
