2008-03-MomAndGirlThe cost of treatment depends on the complexity of the patient's treatment. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options at your initial appointment or new patient exam. We have payment plans to suit different budgets and try to work individually with each family to design a payment plan to fit their needs. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and file all necessary paperwrok to the insurance company on your behalf. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable to everyone.

Fees

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:

  • We offer 0% financing to all patients.
  • If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
  • To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over the duration of treatment.
  • For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will be happy to hold your credit card information on file and automatically charge your payment to your credit card on your due date each month. We can also set up an automatic withdrawl of your monthly payment from your checking or savings account at your request.
  • In cases of serious delinquency, treatment may be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.
Insurance

If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. After insurance benefits have been assigned to our office, arrangements will be made for you to pay the remaining portion of the treatment fee (see above). Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claims and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
